Description of Service
MetaVI provides an AI-powered image analytics platform designed for security, logistics, and operational intelligence. The Service includes trial versions, professional demos, and full enterprise deployments.

User Accounts and Trials
- Registration: To access certain features or a free trial, you must provide accurate and complete information.
- Trial Period: Free trials are granted at MetaVI’s discretion and may require a brief onboarding session to ensure correct environment setup. MetaVI reserves the right to terminate trials at any time.

Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activities or in violation of any local privacy laws (e.g., unauthorized surveillance).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of MetaVI’s AI models.
- Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

ntellectual Property and Data Ownership
- Customer Content: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the image files, data, and materials you upload to the Service ("Input").
- MetaVI IP: MetaVI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including AI models, algorithms, generated insights, and software improvements ("Output/IP").
- License to Input: You grant MetaVI a limited license to process your Input solely to provide the Service to you.

Limitation of Liability
MetaVI provides AI-driven insights for informational purposes.
- The Service is not a substitute for human judgment or professional security personnel.
- MetaVI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
